The Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Assistant Store Manager / Creative Lead to step into a hybrid role supporting day-to-day store operations while leading our creative output. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager and founders to maintain high standards across both locations, manage and inspire our team, and play a key role in weekly content creation and brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities: 

Retail Operations & Management

• Support the Store Manager in running the city centre and overseeing the Hyde Park location
  
  
• Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering excellent customer service
  
  
• Train, support and schedule part-time staff
  
  
• Assist with stock processing, merchandising, and store visuals
  
  
• Ensure stores are consistently clean, styled, and well-presented
  
  

Creative Direction

• Lead weekly product shoots (flat lay + modelled content)
  
  
• Oversee styling, location planning, and shot selection
  
  
• Collaborate with freelance models and photographers
  
  
• Manage weekly creative calendar (socials + product drops)
  
  
• Work closely with the founders to shape and evolve the NSV brand aesthetic
  
  

What we’re looking for

• Experience in retail or fashion (ideally vintage or independent)
  
  
• Comfortable leading a team and delegating responsibility
  
  
• Naturally creative with a strong visual eye and sense of style
  
  
• Self-motivated, reliable, and excited by responsibility
  
  
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  
  
• Confident using social platforms like Instagram + Depop
  
  
• Photography or styling experience is a plus, but not essential
