STORE MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Store Manager to lead our team and drive the success of our retail operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring that sales targets are met, and maintaining a high standard of store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and supervise the retail team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and staff scheduling.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise revenue.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a safe and organised work environment.
• Train and mentor staff to improve their skills in customer service, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to maintain a positive shopping experience.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as necessary to ensure product availability.
• Prepare reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and staff productivity for senior management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
• Proficient in administrative tasks related to retail operations.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are advantageous for communicating with diverse customers.
• Strong sales management capabilities with a focus on achieving results.
• Exceptional communication skills to foster teamwork and collaboration within the store.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

STORE ASSISTANTS

Flexible working Monday-Sunday. Weekend availability is necessary.

Our ideal candidates will:

• Have a strong interest in fashion & vintage 
• Be reliable, motivated and hardworking
• Have mid week & weekend availability 
• Great customer service skills
• Be flexible with working between in our Hyde Park & City Centre store
• Clothing retail experience is preferred
